RHYTHM

The rhythm has changed. It has slowed down. When I was young I was racing all day every day. So many people I had to meet and so many things I had to do. I can still feel busy at times but the level of urgency has gone down. ‘I have to’ has turned into ‘I want to’. Within this new pace there is more space for awareness and appreciation for everyone that crosses my path. I increasingly value the little things. And I have become more open minded and less judgmental. That in itself is a wonderful feeling.
